Mission & Vision

Our mission is to foster a strong partnership between school, home, and community to enhance the educational experience at Ruby Bridges Elementary. We envision a school where every child is empowered to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Our Impact Areas

Enrichment: Funding programs & learning experiences for every student

• • Fundraise for class field trips, library books, STEAM activities, and classroom supplies

Community: Celebrating culture & bringing families together

• Host signature events: STEAM Night, Art Ala Mode, Heritage Night, and Read Across America

• Coordinate after-school enrichment opportunities, adding robotics, basketball, drama, marine science

• Design and provide yearbooks for every student

Teacher & Student Support: Empowering teachers & supporting student success

• • Provide teacher stipends & put together appreciation events 

  • Fund essential supplies for Field Day, tree planting, garden education, music/art/PE materials
